Wet UFH: Does it need to be tested

Hi,

I am buying a 5 year old property that has an wet UFH through the house all connected to a Worcester-Bosch 35CD boiler and a big water tank. Every room has a separate thermostat.

Is it worth getting someone to test the system for leaks/ensure it works correctly? What kind of maintenance is expected on this system?
