Hello,
Bit of a funny one, I have moved and painted this room a have noticed the paint is dry literally everywhere but not all the top of the wall all across the wall. (Refer to picture, it's wet all along just below the pink line at the top) it doesn't face an exterior wall - the wall behind it is a kitchen walls. There are so wet patches above the radiator too. There are some French doors with a see through roof bit next to the wall. Is it just condensation? What can I do to stop the wall sweating? The rest of the room is basically dry.
