WF620 Faulty

Can somebody please Help!. i have a hotpoint WF620 washer which shows fault F-08? and i need to know what the fault is and how to repair before my wife swaps me for a new one!!!.I am a new member and would also appreciate some help on how to navigate.

fo8 is heater relay stuck on pcb ,check heater is ok. if ok pcb shot cost of new pcb 90.00 recon pcb 45.00 or hotpoint can do the complete job for 100.00 .or scrap it the choice is yours .
