What building material to fill hollow spots in LVT?

I have a couple of hollow spots in my LVT flooring

Watching some Youtube videos (US Based), it seems like the solution is to

1. Drill two tiny holes in the LVT

2. Inject one of the holes with a suitable building material

Can anyone recommend a suitable, flexible building material to use please?

Also any advice from those who have experience with this situation would be great too.
