I'm trying to find a solution for underneath my belfast sink so the cupboard door has something to sit against that goes across the base unit. So I went into a kitchen showroom and just out of curiosity, opened one of the under sink cupboards and found this snazzy looking crossbar / rail that looks perfectly made for exactly this very purpose (see image attached, it's the black rail underneath the sink base). Unfortunately no one was around to ask in store, but could anyone shed some light on what the devil this thing is called and where I can get one?

I did find this: https://www.travisperkins.co.uk/sin...0_1745928391_12d9c40ce0e6b8c888594dbb2e1cef0f

Which appears to be the same, but it's a very ugly silver bar, and this one was a really nice frosted black, all-in-one welded piece, and it seemed really sturdy and more visually aesthetically pleasing. So I would like to try and find something like the one in my photo,.

Cut down some aluminium bar (the sort you can get in the sheds) and fix with brackets to the ends, just a bit of cutting and drilling

Won't the door just close against the edge of the carcass?

In my, limited, experience Belfast sinks normally project forward of the cabinet. I have only fitted two. On both occasions, the cabinets had a stretcher plate running just under the sink which was the same colour as the exterior face of the cabinet.
