What is this locking mechanism called?

Hi guys

Please take a look at the attached image. Does anybody know what type of mechanism this is or what it is called?

its one of those where you can lock a swing arm at 90 degrees in either direction. You release it by pulling the pin and, when the pin glides over the next hole it springs down to lock in place.
