I was having a clearout and found 3 of these - what are they - my hunch is replacement water jets for whirlpool bath maybe ? is that right or what are they accurately called/used for ?

My guess is that you are right.

The left side of the first pic looks like a high pressure airline connector and the right side looks flanged as though it would fit through a hole in the bath so I would say this provides air bubbles into 'your' bath.
