What Master Socket do I need?

Hi. I am with Virgin Media and years ago the casing of the Master Socket broke. I need to change it with a new socket. Can anyone please tell me what I should buy? Thanks. I attach a picture of the PCB. BTW there are 6 wires, only two go to this PCB as you see.

You will only need the two wires as the others are spare
