What plans are needed to be submitted to BC

Hi,
I was wondering What the Plans for a new domestic installation are made up of. What I mean is how is it all put together so it would be excepted by BC.What sort of infomation needs to be included in this plan? Could anyone give me a list of things required to make it eligable..
what sort of calculations do they need too see in a plan?
