There's a one legged man in a wheelchair who has dementia and is holding a knife.

I know.....let's spray and tase him!

The real kick in the rowlocks for me is this quote from that BBC article:

"The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said this did not necessarily mean disciplinary proceedings or criminal charges would follow."

I seem to recall a case years ago where the police tazored some blind fella ???

Because he did not stop probably because he was blind and did not know it was he that was being spoken to ??
