whats it called?

often in a public mens loo the cistern has a PIR connected to a valve. The valve is there to stop / start the water flow.

but what i want to know is what is the valve called.

I want to get one, it cant just be electic valve. google brings up valves for w/ms and those umpteen port valves CH systems some times have.
