What's this (shower arm fixing?) called and where can I get one? (Ed.)

Having spent an obnoxious amount of money on a branded overhead shower arm from Vado, I've bought a generic one for our downstairs bathroom. This one, however has come without a locking nut. I saw "locking nut" as it obviously isn't called that

This is what I'm looking for

It has a standard 1/2" thread
