Hi guys,

I'm in the process of laying a new concrete floor. We have the concrete slab in along with the insulation, dpm, etc. The slab was laid on Sunday so it has been drying for about 2 days.

I plan to lay a 50mm layer of screed on top. My question is, how long should I leave the slab to dry before screeding?

Many thanks.
Alex

you can lay the screed anytime. even before the concrete has fully cured as they are all cement based products.

it may prolong the drying time that's all.
