Where can I get a circular bit of plastic?

Where can I get a big of plastic to cover?
Can be a white or black disc for example - just something that will cover.

+ What glue would I need to use? The surface is a grainy plastic - not smooth.

How big, what is it? Got a bigger pic to show context? Do you mean cover the hole or the whole panel?

It's a bin from Ikea that they don't sell anymore.
The bin is the recycle bin, so not worried about making air tight.

In that case I'd have gone with a bit of plastic cut from an ice cream tub lid or similar attached with a bit of black or grey gaffer tape on the front and back. If you're not worried about making it air tight why do you even have to fill the hole?

Needs to look presentable.
The bin is in an open room.

I found a seller selling plastic discs on ebay - 99p delivered.
That will do me fine.
What glue should I use?
As mentioned: the surface is grainy and not smooth.

What glue depends on the type of plastic used for both the bin and the patch.

@scbk - very clever. I'll look at other stickers as well.

@Old Salt - I'm still thinking about adding a piece of plastic.
That might be the best option as opposed to a sticker.
The plastic disc will be matt acrylic.
The bin top itself... not sure - just rough/smooth plastic. Can't describe any other way. LOL.

Oooh... that's too expensive.
I was hoping there would be a 'rubbery' glue.
Something that doesn't go rock hard - but has some elasticity in.
