Where to buy deck boards?

Can someone tell me where I can buy deck boards?
I want to make planter type boxes.

The cheapest price I found is £5 in Wickes for 25mm X 120mm X 2.4m
2.4m is the longest I can get into my car.

Everywhere else seems cheaper.

I remember seeing advertised on billboards a much better price.
Can't remember what company (not Wickes).

I usually end up at Wickes for decking board, prices and quality seems OK, especially for planters where's it's easy to choose specific boards free of twists, bows or inconvenient knots etc. Take a decent hand saw with you and cut them down in the carpark if needs be.

Assuming the bigger lengths are a better price.
I'll get from wickes unless someone suggests somewhere else.

Try a builders merchants or timber yard such as Ridgeons.
