Which floor insulation

Which floor insulation should i use, Polystyrene or celotex boards. I was thinking of using 100mm Polystyrene but wanted some of your opinions on what provides best insulation and wether its worth the extra cost.

Its to go on a ground floor rear extension.

Celotex is superior to the equivalent thickness of polystyrene so if the budget will cover it then go with Celotex.

Hi i went with 100mm polystryrene and Its around £15 a sheet.
