hi, planning to lay ceramic tiles on a solid floor, it has previously been ashfelted but appears to have sunk in some areas, i've read elsewhere on here in old posts to use self levelling compound on it, but should i use any particular kind on ashfelt?
thanks in advance

There are special compounds for asphalt floors but they're dam expensive, cheaper option is to unibond the asphalt first & then put normal self leveler down.
