I have had my conservatory floor ashfelted but it is still not level in places. Can I level it up using level compound or as Iam going to lay tiles is it better just to use the tile adhesive to build up the low parts? Cheers, Tunny

Can you give us more info, not sure what you mean by floor ashfelted

It will depend on how much out of level it is really. Anything over 10mm would be better done with self levelling compound but if it is just small random low spots of less than 10mm then the tile adhesive would do. I would say if the floor area is not all that big to just use self levelling compound on the whole area and then at least you know it is all the same and will be spot on level.
