Whining noise - Worcester 28CDI bolier

Hi, my 10-yr old Worcester 28 CDi combi boiler has started making loud whining noises when CH is running. Any ideas what's causing it? Thanks.
 
Seems to be only on CH not hot water and sounds like it could be a bearing. But I'm pretty ignorant on these matters.
