My dishwasher bought from Comet in 2004 has recently been taking an age to fill and commence its programmes. Yesterday it has stopped commencing its programmes and after a short period of making all the right noises it goes quiet and the 'Start' light is flashing which reading the manual denotes a 'fault'! any ideas? I have checked all levels salt etc.. checked its clean and free from debris inside.... it has been well kept and nothing obvious inhibiting it working....
