Have a rather old Whirlpool dishwasher that stopped mid-cycle and now won't re-start. It was bailed out, the filters have all been cleaned, the whole thing's been pulled out to look at the pipes - there is a kink but when hot water was poured down the waste pipe it got past that point. Presume there's a blockage mid pipe. Have put v hot water in the machine and held down the start button but still have no green power/start light at all. There is power though as the wash selections light up when selected.
