whirlpool dishwasher ADP4502/AL no power at all .

have checked all external connections and have power up to the machine.
cannot find a site that can get me a repair manual,would be very grateful for some advice on how to procede from here ie to get into the washer to test for faults.

You won't get a service manual...trade only.
My first port of call would be to check if the interference suppressor has popped. Plug out & follow the mains cable into the machine, the suppressor is just inside. If you can't figure out how to access it from the rear lie the machine on its back & remove the base plate.
