Can anyone help? My dishwasher is only 18 months old but is very temperamental. It either doesn't drain/finish the cycle completely or won't start at all - just a low humming noise and the red light for the heater constantly on. I have tried resetting to no avail and the filters appear to be clean. My freezer has also stopped working - defrosted it fully for Christmas and since then the red hazard light flashes continually and it doesn't freeze; doesn't even seem to be cold. Any advice would be welcome.
