Iced Diamond Auto Defrost Fridge Freezer, frosting up, Red High Temp Light constantly on!!!

Hi. Can anyone help? My mum has an Iced Diamond Auto Defrost Fridge Freezer that she tells me has over the last 2 months been full of frost in the top fast freeze section and less so on the second drawer down in the freezer section. The High Temp light is on all the time and the freezer motor is constantly running.

She has emptied the freezer and defrosted it and I have checked the door seals which are fine. When started, it still has the same problem.

Any ideas? Thanks Dale

Sounds like it's lost refrigerant, needs engineer to repair
