Whistling & hissing pipes

Hi,

The pipes in my bedroom have begun hissing and whistling in the middle of the night. It happens between around midnight and 6am, whether the heating is on or off.

I've uploaded a video here (you may have to turn it up as it's quiet on YT - it certainly ain't at 3 in the morning):

Any ideas?
