White plume in rear of car

Hi.
First time poster.
I was driving my 2019 seat tarraco this morning and as I accelerated away from a junction, there was a plume of what I thought was smoke in the rear interior of the car. It then went and there's white powder/residue all over the footwells and seats. Any ideas?
I was transporting a fridge and some other junk at the time and not sure if it could have come from that at all?

Did the junk include a fire extinguisher without it's safety pin ?

I've just been and looked, and you are spot on! There was an extinguisher, and that is now empty! The fridge obviously colided with it!

lol. Years ago, we had the fire extinguishers replaced at work. I thought I’d take an old one home for my home garage so I stuffed it in my bike top box and this is what I found when I opened it!
