WHY DO COUNCIL HOUSES ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE A CONCRETE CANOPY

It was foresight.
As we have all experienced on holidays abroad, concrete buildings with associated adornments are the norm over there. So, since so many johnny foreigners relocate over here and have to spend a degree of time on such estates at our expense, it seemed only natural to make an architectural nod towards them and help them acclimatise :mrgreen:
