Wickes Fast Fix 15 Laminate Floor in Three Shades of Oak

Has anyone had any experience of this product.

It appears too good to be true - 15 year guarantee (heavy use) for under £10 a metre!

I have changed the name, I thought it was "contract 15" but it is a current stock item at Wickes and they call it "Fast Fix 15".

They also do it with a "10" and a "12" year guarantee for slightly cheaper!

Would anyone recommend it.

I have recently layed this flooring in our childrens bedrooms and it is fine for the price. I wouldn't lay it in a hard wearing area as the boards are thin. I have to say though it's better than B&Q's cheap option.

Was it the '15' you put down? I suppose there 15 year guarantee is against faulty workmanship NOT wear and tear!

I guess I might want to look for something else because I am planning on putting it in the hall.

If you have a dog don't lay laminate flooring. Laid it downstairs and the click, click click of the dogs claws on the floor drives us mad. Thinking of sawing off the dogs legs but the wife won't allow it.
