I have the above appliance. the machine is working pretty well, going through all the stages of the wash cycle. the problem is that the cycle takes far too long. i put it on today at 2pm(ish, is just finishes 5 hours later. The viewing bit of the door isnt warming up so i'm assuming that the water isnt getting hot which indicates to me that the heater isnt working, could this be throwing it all outa whack???? please help!! Cheers guys
