window lintel size

Hi,

I need to replace a wooden lintel above a window that is supporting blockwork wall above, but the existing lintel is wooden and 3" x 5". I can't find any concrete lintel in this size they are either 3x4 or 6x4. I do not want it to protrude wider than the 5" blockwork leaf as beam for supporting the floor joists above needs to be flush against it. What can I do ?

There should be plenty of pre-cast concrete companies that will manufacture one for you.
