windows shutting down

a couple of our pcs..[on a network] will be shut down if left on,windows closes and gives the following message

"generic host process for win32 has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Not a lot of information to go on. Have a look in Event Viewer for any clues.

sorry about the lack of info....thats about all the pc tells me...
why cant they speak english.....

Go to Start>Control Panel>Display and turn off the screen saver, and whilst you are there, look at the hibernation settings and prevent the machine hibernating.

Does the problem still occur?
