Wireless alarm castle enforcer

Hello all,

I have a castle enforcer internal control panel. The alarm was triggered and I reset it etc. however the volume of the box when I set and unset to leave or enter the premises is very quiet does anyone know how to increase the volume. Thanks

Has it gone quiet since the alarm condition or you need it louder in general ?
