wireless fuses/MCBs/RCB's/RCD's?

The missing part is - you dont always want RCD action at every MCB - there are things that shouldn't go off like freezers, lights, fire alarms etc.
Generally you only want one place where things trip out, otherwise it can be trouble if you have to check the circuit fuse, the MCB, the main RCD etc..
You don't always want overcurrent protection at an RCD, for example at the incomer to a sub-consumer unit that splits into many MCBs.
The third factor is cost, combined RCBOs are expensive, relative to the separates, and so not available in all ratings. That said, for ring mains in a non-split DIN rail CU they do make life easier.
