Wireless Rf Controls and conventional setup

Plumbing.
System oil boiler with integral pump.
Cylinder with thermostat
No room stat as yet
Two circulation pumps upstairs

Wireless tank stat and room stat needed, but the two circulation pumps need powered up when called. Do I use two connection units, one for boiler/pump and one upstairs for the two CH circulation pumps??

This kit seems suitable I think, but do Honeywell do same thing?

The receiver unit has contacts rated at 3amp whilst my boiler is rated at 5amp by its fuse? Problem
