Hi - first of all any advice is greatly appreciated.

I've got a Ferroli F24 combi, all my rads have TRV's with the exception of the bathroom and at the moment the heating comes on when it it programmed to via the in-built timer / programmer.

This is a a bit if a pain as it is only a 24hr clock which means that on a weekend we have to manually put the heating on or change the timer for the weekend and then change it again for weekdays.

Can anybody recommend a wireless room thermostat that will allow me to programme the heating to come on and maintain a moderate temperature from Monday to Friday and then use a different time to come on and maintain a moderate temperature on Sat / Sun?

Is fitting this a DIY job, or would I need an electrician / plumber?

I'd prefer a wireles solution as we have only decorated recently!!!

Yes try the Honywell CM927 RF, Prog; room/stat which has a 7 day capability.
You will have to make a mains electrical connection at the boiler.
If your not confidant in making that connection get some one in.
