Hi,

I have a Jollyfill dual flush system. It was initially filling to the correct level and then over time would overfill and water was dripping into the pan....

I researched the issue through google and found that the diaphragm washer inside the inlet valve is usually the culprit!

I have replaced this washer and screwed the inlet valve back together. But now i can visibly see water leaking from around the seal and out through the top of the inlet valve. I am sure i have seated it as per the old one that i took out.

Any advise anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Alan

Hi - thanks for your reply. Yes it still leaks past the seal even when the cistern has filled.

Possibly the least reliable valves I've ever come across. Chuck it out and buy a Fluidmaster

OK thanks both. Fluidmaster it is !

Jollyfill been in 3 years...what's the expected life span out of curiosity?
