My Mother in law has a Worcester 26cdi and the boiler keeps on coming on during the night even when the timer is off. I noticed that the pressure had dropped to below .5 bar and tried to increase the pressure by using the two taps on the main feed (usual way of increasing pressure by special key had been overridden by c/h guy) The pressure did not increase as soon as I turned the taps but noticed after a couple of hours that the pressure was up to 4 bar so panicked and bleed a radiator to reduce pressure. This worked but I cannot get the pressure to stay at a constant 1.5bar. Can anyone tell me what the brass screw does which is housed in a plastic housing kept in place by (what looks like) a paperclip type of retainer. What effect does this have by turning? Regards Nigel
