Can anybody recommend a professional high strength wood worm treatment for floorboards and joists please. Not sure if the over the counter DIY ones will be any good.

Thanks

That's a good cover every possible type of rot treatment, but if it's just woodworm, then Sikas good enough, plus it's ready to go. Depends on how much you need as to which one to choose.

are the bugs still active? most spray offs by damp and timber companiesare done to dormant wood thats full of old holes. have you probed and dug out the wood to show live bugs?

if the wood is perished or papery then replace it.

if you have little ones or babies in the house forget the spraying, its well unhealthy

fair enough. boron is supposed to be the safest chemical whatever that means for childrens health.
i've got doubts about just how effective boron is as a spray or brush on for bugs or wet rot?
