woke up this morning to find that the pressure had gone out of the boiler and pilot light gone out. I have turned the tap to give it 3bar pressure (would have kept going if i'd let it!), but the pilot light isn't lighting for either the hot water or heating. Do I need an engineer or is this a simple problem? Any ideas?

YOU have to light the pilot - have you tried? Instructions are usually on the front of the boiler somewhere.
