hi all.my heat exchanger has died so was wondering if any one could explain how to replace one of these or point me to a site that will show me how to do it.?thanks alot chris

Thats as good as it gets as far as info goes. Theres no Haynes® manual for this specific boiler or any specific boiler although I think they might do one for heating systems in general.
I think it was section 3 page 19 for the HE and something like section 18 page 23 for the secondary heat exchanger.
Read those instructions over a few times before you tackle it if you are not used to this sort of operation
