worcester 240 combi

i have a worcester 240 combi boiler and although the heating system works on the radiators,the water is not being heated, any suggestions very welcome.

Sorry if i have got your hopes up with a reply but i have what sounds like exactly the same fault with my 240 combi so i was wondering if you got to the bottom of the problem and if so could you pass on the info to me?

I had the same problem.
The diverter valve was the problem, the switch wasn`t engaging and not igniting the burner to warm the water.
You can replace the diverter valve or buy adiverter valve kit.
