Otherwise you would have said:-
I have 32 years experience as an ELECTRICIAN !
I have some experience diagnosing faults on boilers and electronic/electrical systems.
But I can only come to any conclusion as to the likely fault when tests that I prescribe are carried out and the results conveyed to me!
