Worcester 24i not producing hot water. Argh!

I have a (5year old ish) Worcester 24i boiler which has worked fine since we moved into our house (1 year ago). However it is now taking longer and longer to produce hot water (from any tap).

The pressure is at 1.5, flow rate is fine, it fires up when you turn the hot tap on, then you wait... For up to about 2 mins. It does get hot eventually, but something's obviously not right.

Any ideas?
