Worcester 24i rsf goes from hot to cold

The boiler is fine for around 10minutes ie shower is at a constant temp but then will drop to cold only until shutting of the tap for a while (boiler fan remins on). Time for the off period is around two to three minutes then shower will be ok again. Timings are rough.

Is this simple fix (house may be sold soon) or something more drastic.

More info on what the boiler is doing during the cold period, ie is the burner still on?

Duff PCB relay is common on these.

for anyone with this prob turned out to be the fan, it has been lubricated and all fine for now
