I've had a loss of water pressure to the hot taps. Cold taps are ok, but bath hot water tap dribbling out and kitchen running at 1/4 speed. I cant locate any leaks, and checked with neighbours who aren't having any problems. Any advise please?

Blocked filter in diverter valve, partially blocked flow restrictor in the W/Water plate heat ex or blocked heat exchanger itself!
