. Just recently bought a house with a Worcester 350 installed. Main flame would not light called out a gsr engineer to take a look.
pcb board one (part no 87161463060 ) showed burning and had a burning smell.
Engineer was unsure if this had taken out board two and why the board have burnt out. I can get recon boards online for about £60 but do not want to purchase for these to blow again. Is this a more than likely scenario for the new board to blow due to another fault?
HOt water and Central heating was working fine up until 4 days ago.
If there are a number of moving parts to change plus boards it could be time to have a new boiler put in.
