a shoulder of lamb bought from a local farm (whole lamb delivered to my bruv which he butchered in the kitchen); and a leg of lamb from my local butcher in Baldock - very good for South African dried meats as well as everything else a class butcher can provide for less than the local tesco Extra.
Several V nice bottles of red, a couple of cold beers and a modest G&T.
Needless to say that I am working my way through a REAL g&t righ now andthere is a bit of last night's bottle of wine to finish off. Tomorrow could be painful...
