I have an old Worcester 24i RSF that has worked fine for years. Hot water and heating workes fine. But recently we've had an issue where, when the heating is turned on, after about 20 mins to 1/2 an hour the boiler starts to make clicking noises and then ignition noises and then the gas will go out and re-ignite and keep doing this at which point I turn it off. The fan is working fine, that was replaced about 2 years ago and can hear it working. The expansion vessel has been tested and that seems fine. No air in the radiators. Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue or similar that might have an idea of what it might be and why it might only be happening once the boiler is up to temp and been heating for a good half hour.
