Hoping someone might be able to help diagnose this problem with a Greenstar 38Cdi classic.
When turning on the hot tap we found the water would get very hot and then suddenly run cold. Whilst watching the boiler, the temperature slowly climbs up to above 80 then quickly rises to over 110 in some cases. I would expect the boiler to lockout at this point, but it doesn't. This is when the water seems to go cold and the boiler temperature then drops to around 70-75.
An error code or lockout would at least be a useful starting point, but we're not getting one!
