worcester bosch 18ri water leaking from flue

hi
had our boiler for about 4yrs
noticed a few weeks ago water in the cupboard where boiler is housed,
after cleaning inside of boiler off have found the water is coming from where the boiler meets the flue
is it just a case of replacing the seal between flue and boiler and if so is it a part from worcester bosch

Please dont play with the flue/chimney it probably the worst part of a boiler to mess with! Get a qualified engineer to look.
It should not be leaking, if water gets out so does CO.
